On individual pages, the following locus/allele symbols are used to denote genotype for each snake:

Locus Symbols : Allele Symbols (in superscript after Locus Symbol)

Albino = A + = wild type (normal)
a a = amel, u = ultra

Anery = An + = wild type (normal)
an a = anery

Caramel = Ca + = wild type (normal)
ca c = caramel

Charcoal = Ch + = wild type (normal)
ch c = charcoal

Hypo = H + = wild type (normal)
h h = hypo

Lavender = L + = wild type (normal)
l l = lavender

Sunkissed = S + = wild type (normal)
s s = sunkissed

Lava = V + = wild type (normal)
v v = lava

Diffused = D

+ = wild type (normal), D = diffused (variable codominance to wild-type, mostly recessive)


Motley = M + = wild type (normal)
m m = motley, s = striped

Aztec/Zig Zag = Z* z = zig zag
*Information about Zigzag/Aztec heritage is kept, but it is not considered a "locus" in the proper sense of the word.
